1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 100xuci ("Platform", "we", "company"). The 100xuci platform operates under international licensing and provides online betting services including online slots, live casino, sports betting and various other games to eligible users.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 100xuci platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the 100xuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without any refund.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, active mobile number, and valid email address. The information provided must match your valid identity documents.

Regarding account security, users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and login information confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party accesses or uses your account.
• Promptly reporting any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to the 100xuci support team.
• Updating your password regularly and using a strong combination.

100xuci will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The 100xuci platform supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• FPX — Online Banking (including major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Transaction limits: Minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal is RM50. No payment method sets limits different from these.

Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 5 to 30 minutes once verification is complete. This time may vary depending on account verification status and system conditions at the time.

100xuci reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for security review purposes. Funds in the account must be used for legitimate betting activity and not merely for the purpose of transferring money.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 100xuci are subject to specific terms and conditions. Users are required to read and understand the terms of each offer before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms:

• Bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 must be met.
• Second example: Deposit RM600 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement RM500 × 15 = RM7,500 must be met.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or systematically using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

100xuci reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 100xuci platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or broadcast live through licensed live casino providers. Game results are final.

Users agree that:

• They understand how the games they play work before placing bets.
• Any technical disruption that results in a game being unable to be completed will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game may vary and are subject to change.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are binding and cannot be cancelled.

For sports betting and mix parlay, results are determined based on the official outcome of the match in progress. Any changes to odds before an event begins do not affect bets that have already been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the 100xuci platform:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's information.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, game imbalances, or system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or player-versus-player contests.
• Using funds from illegal sources to make deposits or place bets on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward support staff or other users.
• Spreading misleading information about the platform to the public.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions or platform policies.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or appropriate legal action.

8. Account Closure and Restrictions

100xuci reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.
• Suspicious activity that may be related to fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time frame.
• A voluntary account closure request from the user themselves.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 100xuci support team. Valid balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met, except in cases of terms violations involving fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100xuci will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, betting, or gambling activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to technical maintenance, third-party system failures, or events beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any act or omission by payment providers, financial institutions, or third-party game providers.

The 100xuci platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular user purpose.
